By utilizing the services of My Appliance Guy, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Payment Terms:** All payments are due upon receipt of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. All pricing is quoted based on cash or check payment, credit/debit cards will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. **Service Fees:** Prices quoted may vary based on the scope of work and any additional parts or labor required. All estimates provided are subject to change based on actual service conditions. All estimates are quoted based on cash or check payment, credit/debit cards will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

3. **Warranty** Labor and part used to complete repair will be covered under a 90 day warranty from original date of repair. No warranty will be issued or honored for jobs where a customer is providing the part or an afermarket part was used unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
