Coastal Clean Bins is a subscription curbside Trash Bin and Dumpster cleaning service for monthly and quarterly services. 

If a subscription service plan is discontinued after the first service the payment amount will revert to the equivalent one-time service charge.

Bin Terms and Conditions:

Just as with your trash collection agency there are certain process requirements and rules for your day of service: 

You are responsible to ensure that your bins remain available and empty on your service day until our trucks have completed your service. Just as with your trash collection agency, we are unable to reschedule or give credit for missed services. If you plan to be away on a service day, please make arrangements for someone to have your bin curbside. 

**Most services will be scheduled for the day after your normal trash day. If your cleaning is scheduled the day after your normal trash day, leave your bins at the top of your driveway in sight of the driver. We will roll your bins down to clean and return them. 

You will receive a reminder SMS and email alerts the evening prior to each service. 

Service is provided on your trash/recycle collection day. However service might not be completed until later in the day as trash truck progression, weather, or traffic can have an impact.  

From time to time, Coastal Clean Bins may modify our service days to accommodate holidays, weather, and trash agency route changes. When this occurs, you will receive an automated SMS and/or email message notifying you of the scheduled change. 

Coastal Clean Bins does not permit sharing service with neighbors or swapping bins. 

Service images, notes, schedules, and account details are provided in your customer portal. 

 Within 48 hours of enrollment,  you will receive an email confirming your service schedule. This information will also appear in your client portal.

When possible, Coastal Clean Bins, will try and schedule your initial service the day after your next trash/recycle collection day and then return you to your regular neighborhood route moving forward. 

By proceeding to pay you are accepting the terms above.
