If you require service immediately, please call us on 281-231-2815 to arrange an emergency visit and we will send a truck as soon as possible, which will be billed as a one time clean with an additional $30 service fee.

TERMS OF SERVICE
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the use of Spick & Span Trash Cans, LLC (“Spick & Span”) services and is between you (“Customer”), as an authorized user of such services, and Spick & Span. By submitting a Request for Service, you confirm receipt of and acceptance of this Agreement.
Spick & Span provides trash can, recycling bin and dumpster cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Due to the uncertainty and instability of trash collection times, Spick & Span will typically provide a next-day service. The Customer is responsible for placing bins curbside for cleaning on their scheduled day. If bins cannot be left curbside, they should be visible and accessible, or instructions should be given to the office beforehand on where to find them. We cannot clean trash cans containing loose trash, glass, feces, cat litter, grass cuttings, tobacco, or construction material. We will, however, remove one tied up bag of trash and return it after the clean. Trash and recycle bins should be in good working condition and not in such disrepair that would cause damage to the cleaning equipment or prevent Spick & Span from cleaning the bins properly. Any significant damage noted by the driver will be reported to the Customer upon the first sighting. Spick & Span Trash Cans does not accept any responsibility for the customers bins. For identification purposes, stickers will be placed on all bins at their first cleaning – please do not remove these stickers.
Customers will receive an automated email and text reminder two days before each visit. They will also receive an automated email and text notification when the driver is on his way, and when he has completed his cleaning. If, upon arrival, the bins are not available, Spick & Span will attempt to contact the Customer but if contact cannot be made, the driver will continue his route without cleaning the Customer’s bins. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a missed service due to unavailable or full bins. The Customer is responsible for notifying the community’s guard house or for providing a gate code to Spick & Span to access the gated community. If the driver is not able to gain access on the scheduled service date, he will continue his route and will not clean the Customer’s bins. Rescheduling a missed service due to full, unavailable, or inaccessible bins is at the discretion of Spick & Span and may incur an additional $10.00 fuel fee if it becomes a common occurrence. It is the Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning and if they do so, Spick & Span will make every effort to service the Customer’s bins on their next scheduled service visit to the area. The customer’s existing schedule shall not be altered to accommodate this return visit. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route scheduling, then the bins will be cleaned on their next scheduled service visit. If the Customer knows he/she will not be available to put their bins out for a scheduled cleaning, or if their waste collector has not collected their trash on time, it is his/her responsibility to contact Spick & Span no later than 6:00pm the night before their scheduled service. If Spick & Span fails to provide its services on the scheduled date of service for any reason other than the Customer failing to meet its responsibilities in the paragraphs above, Spick & Span will arrange for the service to be performed on the next possible area visit. If a rescheduled visit is not practical or possible, the Customer will receive credit on a future invoice for the missed service. In the event of inclement weather or equipment failure which prevents Spick & Span from operating, a notice will be sent to the Customer and services will be rescheduled.
Upon receiving a request for service, Spick & Span will issue an initial invoice to the Customer. When paying the initial invoice, the Customer’s credit or debit card will be recorded on file for recurring service plans. Customers may choose to pay for their service on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. In the event of declined payments, Spick & Span will contact the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide alternate payment information and pay all amounts due upon request by Spick & Span. Failure to do so may result in service interruption and possible suspension or termination of services. After one month of non-payment, an account will be deemed delinquent. Delinquent accounts will be suspended, and no further services will be provided until the account has been brought back into good standing. Service may be cancelled by the customer by emailing heidi@spickandspantrashcans.com. If the cancellation request is received prior to the next automatic payment, no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, services will be provided for that payment and both charges and services will terminate thereafter. Refunds are not issued. If the Customer relocates outside of the service area, the Customer is welcome to gift their remaining services to anyone within our service area.
Customers will be billed at their choice of monthly, quarterly, or annual intervals and payment is due in full before each interval. All payments will auto-renew according to customer preference, and payment will automatically be deducted from your choice of payment until you end service. All prices are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
All Regular Services have a six-month commitment and after that you may cancel anytime. If you choose to cancel your services before this commitment has been fulfilled, you will be charged for a one-time clean. A One Time Clean consists of a single visit and there is no commitment to a regular service. We do not issue refunds. Customers may request a different schedule date, and we will try our best to accommodate them. If an urgent visit is required, we can visit that day for an additional fee.
Spick & Span reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Spick & Span reserves the right to modify delivery of service at its sole discretion at any time. Spick & Span reserves the right to change prices or implement new charges for use of its services at any time. Any changes in service or pricing will be communicated to the Customer by email prior to the changes going into effect. The Continued use of the service after such changes are communicated to the Customer by email constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the modified charges as communicated to the Customer. The terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The Customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each state or location.
