We have our own fully stocked warehouse of replacement parts for all types and brands of appliances. All of our inventory includes brand new genuine OEM replacement parts. We are also partnered with most major distributors, but we frequently use Marcone Supply which is the largest authorized appliance parts distributor in the world.
We try to accommodate our customers scheduling needs as much as possible, but please be aware that our big family has multiple service areas and we only service certain areas each day of the week. We have specific zones set up for each group of zip codes and they are grouped together based off of location proximity. Each zone typically gets placed on the schedule once a week, but those days frequently change by the week. For Sarasota zoned zip codes, we most of the time have two days of the week available in our zone rotation due to our home location being based in Sarasota.
Our appointments are scheduled in three-hour time periods and our technicians can arrive at any time in between your scheduled period. You must be available for the entire three-hour period when selecting your appointment range. We have found that specific-time appointments are not always accurate and reliable due to service demands such as quantity, type of service, and timing that are often variable and hard to predict. Block scheduling also gives our technician's the ability to slightly change or reorder their appointments to better plan their route without majorly affecting a customer's scheduled time period. If our technician finds that they may be early or late to any scheduled time-period, a courtesy call is expected to be provided to you prior to the appointment start time or end time.
We can provide a 30-minute call ahead, available upon request. If a call ahead is not requested, you will still receive a notification by text or email once the technician is in route to your location and you are given the option to track the technician's progress while in route to you.

A Cancellation Fee will be applied for any no-show appointments and MUST be paid prior to scheduling a return visit.
Our scheduling consists of (8) zones that represent all of the zip codes serviced in our service area. Zip codes are grouped together in a zone based off of location proximity such as South Sarasota, North Sarasota, West Bradenton, East Bradenton and Venice. Each day of the week services a different zone. The zones are set up each week based on service demand and the volume of calls coming in for specific zones. Daily zones can frequently change from week to week. We are often able to group certain zones together depending on availablity. For example, North Sarasota and South Sarasota may be grouped together on the same day of the week if our availability allows.
Essential services take presidence on our schedule and are set according to severity. Our general scheduling is set on a first come, first serve basis for non-essential services. Once our schedule is full for your zone in the current week, the next available time slot would be set for the following week on whichever day of the week your zone is scheduled for. During peak seasons, we are often booked out for a week to two weeks. We do have a cancellation list available upon request if you'd like to be considered for a sooner appointment time if one were to come available in your zoned area.

Our service call fee is based off of location and will cover the full diagnostic of your unit and any return trips to your home. Our technician will write up an official diagnosis of your unit which will include exactly what's wrong with the unit, what's needed to repair the issue, and any parts needed for the repair. Specific part numbers and pricing will also be provided. This fee is non-refundable and does not go towards your repair due to our extremely competitive labor pricing.
