If your appliance is out of warranty, we start with a diagnostic visit. You pay for this visit at your first appointment.

  • Service call and diagnostic fee: $150 in our standard service area (ask us about current discounts and specials). This covers the technician coming out to find the problem, and the amount goes toward your total repair cost.
  • Parts: we try to figure out the issue ahead of time and bring likely parts with us.
  • Before any work starts, we go over your repair options and costs with you.
  • Every repair comes with a 90 day labor warranty and a 1 year parts warranty.
