OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the use of Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning, LLC. (“Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning”) services and is between you (“Customer”), as an authorized user of such services, and Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning. By submitting a Request for Service, you confirm receipt of and acceptance of this Agreement.

1. SERVICE

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning provides mobile trash and recycle can cleaning service for residential and commercial properties.

 

 

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES

 

For Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning to provide its services, the Customer is to abide by the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES. Failure to comply may result in service interruption and/or additional service fees as outlined below.

  • NEXT DAY SERVICE: The Customer is responsible for placing cans curbside for pickup on trash collection day. Cans should remain empty and left curbside until Dusk the NEXT DAY to be cleaned. If cans cannot be left curbside due to community restrictions, please leave them by the garage or side of the house. If any trash or recycle is placed in the cans it MUST be bagged. Cans with unbagged trash will NOT be cleaned.

 

POLICY AND PROCEDURES: BIN SWAPPING


We do not allow neighbors to share service. Each neighbor must have their own subscription. We are a small business and each individual subscription is extremely important to us.
Bins may NOT be swapped out at will. (i.e.) if you sign up for one bin you may not put out your recycle bin one month, then your garbage bin the next.) However, you may put them on different cleaning plans. (i.e.) garbage bin(s) on a monthly schedule and recyclable bin(s) on a quarterly schedule). Customer bins will be identified per your ID # on your trash/recycle bin provided by your township to eliminate bin swapping. If your bin does not have an ID # provided by your township your bin will be labeled with a discrete marking by our technician for identification purposes according to your subscription.

 

 

 

 

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS

The Customer is responsible for notifying the community’s guard house or for providing a gate code to Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning to access the gated community. If the technician is not able to gain access on the scheduled service date, the technician will continue his/her route and will not clean the Customer’s cans. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a missed service due to access issues.  Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will make every effort to service the Customer’s cans on the following week. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route scheduling, the cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

All trash and recycle cans must be available for servicing on the scheduled service date. If cans are not available, the technician will continue his/her route and will not clean the Customer’s cans. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a missed service due to unavailable cans.  Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will make every effort to service the Customer’s cans on the following week. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route scheduling, the cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

  

 

RESCHEDULING

 

Rescheduling a missed service due to unavailable cans is at the discretion of Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning. It is the Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning.  Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will make every effort to service the Customer’s cans on the following week. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route scheduling, the cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

 

 

 

 

Holidays- Changes to Normal Trash/Recycle Pick up Schedule

 

Customer is responsible to notify Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning of any changes to their trash/recycle pick up schedule due to holidays that would affect normal operating township trash/recycle pick up schedule. Please notify Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning no later than 24 hours in advance to avoid disruption in route scheduling.

 

ABSENT/OUT OF TOWN

 

If the Customer knows he/she will not be available to put cans out for a scheduled cleaning, it is his/her responsibility to contact Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning to notify them no later than 6:00PM the night before the scheduled service.

CONTENTS OF CANS

 

Trash and recycle cans MUST be free of the following materials:

* Unbagged trash and recycle

* Unbagged animal waste and any other fecal matter

* Chemicals, paint, glue or other adhesives

* Other hazardous waste of any kind

* Building materials (plaster, stucco, concrete, etc.)

* Yard debris (leaves, branches, etc.)

 

Under no circumstances will Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning clean any cans containing human or unbagged pet waste!

CONDITION OF CANS

 

Trash and recycle cans should be in good working condition and not be in such disrepair that would cause damage to the cleaning equipment or prevent Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning from cleaning the cans properly. Any significant damage noted by the technician will be reported to the Customer upon the first cleaning.

If Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning arrives to perform service and the above conditions are not met, the service will not be completed. Payment will not be refunded.

 

 

 

 

3. AQUA FRESH BIN CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES

 

If Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning fails to provide its services on the scheduled date of service for a reason other than the Customer failing to meet its responsibilities in the paragraphs above, Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will arrange for the service to be performed on the next possible area visit. If a rescheduled visit is not practical or possible, the Customer will receive a credit on a future invoice for the missed service.

 

In the event of inclement weather or equipment failure which prevents Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning from operating, a notice will be sent to the Customer and services will be rescheduled. Due to the nature of our service, scheduling may be altered in accordance with US holidays, pending the schedule set by local waste management companies in each area.

 

4. CHARGES

 

Upon receiving a request for service, Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will issue an initial invoice to the Customer.  The Customer will then receive an invoice for all subsequent services for recurring service plans (Monthly, Bi-monthly). Customers paying for a One-Time cleaning will receive an invoice upon checkout.

 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

 

Payment for recurring services is automatically processed five (5) days prior to the scheduled cleaning. Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will charge the Customer’s debit or credit card on file for the appropriate service plan fee(s).  Customer’s monthly or bi-monthly subscription will continue automatically until otherwise specified by the customer.

 

DECLINED PAYMENTS

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning will notify the Customer in the event payment is declined. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide alternate payment information and pay all amounts due upon request by Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning. Failure to do so may result in service interruption and possible suspension or termination of services.

 

 

 

 

 

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

 

After one month of non-payment, an account will be deemed as delinquent. Delinquent accounts will be suspended, and no further services will be provided until the account has been brought back into good standing.

 

5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

 

Service may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@aquafreshbincleaning.com.  If the cancellation request is received PRIOR to the next automatic payment, no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is received AFTER a payment has been processed, services will be provided that month and both charges and services will terminate thereafter.

 

CANCELLING AFTER FIRST CLEANING

 

If the Customer requests recurring service (Monthly, Bi-Monthly) and cancels after the first cleaning, the Customer will be charged for a One-Time cleaning minus any previous payment.

 

CANCELLING A MONTHLY SERVICE

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning’s Monthly service package requires 9 months of service. If a Customer cancels prior to nine cleanings being completed, the customer will be charged for a seasonal package minus any previous payments.

 

CANCELLING SEASONAL SERVICE PACKAGE

 

*If a seasonal package is canceled NO REFUND will be issued* 

 

 

RELOCATION

 

Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service except in the event the Customer relocates outside of the Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning service area. The Customer must request cancellation by sending an email to info@aquafreshbincleaning.com no less than 30 days prior to cancellation. No refunds will be issued for a Seasonal Package.

 

 

 

SEASONAL RESIDENTS

 

Seasonal residents must choose a package specific for their needs and time frame they will be receiving service at service location as specified previously under cancelation of service. Seasonal Residents must notify Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning of the last service day by sending an email to info@aquafrshbincleaning.com no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

 

6. MODIFICATIONS

AGREEMENT

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version to www.aquafreshbincleaning.com, and/or by emailing customers the information regarding the amendment.

 

SERVICE

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning reserves the right to modify delivery of service at its sole discretion at any time.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards will be valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Recipient must contact Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning to redeem gift card. Proof of gift card must be presented by recipient via email to redeem. It is not Aqua Fresh Bin Cleanings responsibility to follow up with gift card recipient to redeem.

 

CHARGES

 

Aqua Fresh Bin Cleaning reserves the right to change prices or implement new charges for use of its services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to the Customer by email prior to the changes going into effect. The Customer has the option to continue or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes are communicated to the Customer by email constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the modified charges as communicated to the Customer.

 

 

 

 

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each state or location.

The Monthly option will include a cleaning every 4 weeks.

You will be automatically billed every 4 weeks 5 days before your scheduled cleaning.

To get this special price you are agreeing to have 9 cleanings done at a minimum.

 

During th winter months, if weather allows we may be able to do an extra cleaning to keep your cans clean and sanitized. We will reach out to you before hand.
