We have a 3-step process to ensure you are ready for our service:
We will message you the day before we arrive reminding you so you can be sure to have your empty bins ready for us.
We arrive curbside to disinfect and sanitize your bins, then we place them right back on the curb. Ready to be put away
You will receive a message that your service is complete, and we will see you on the next visit. Simple as that.
Typical dirt, grime, food stains is exactly what we expect. We can't wait to clean it! However, we cannot service bins with any signs of unbagged trash, animal waste and any other fecal matter, grass clippings, concrete, paint, glue or any other adhesives, flammable materials such as oil, hot coals/ashes, gas, and various chemicals we may not be able to service your trash can. Since we capture the waste water, these items can damage service equipment and are illegal to haul in our unit.
