So, what’s next?
Our scheduling department will soon add you to one of our routes. Expect this to occur within the next 48 to 72 hours. Once you have been added to a route, we will send you a text message and email confirming your first service date.
Your scheudled time will be a “All-Day” time frame (your opening hours to closing hours) as there are many variables in our routes. The great thing is no one needs to be home since the service is curbside and payments are automated.
What does SB need from you to ensure a successful visit?
Ensure the trash bins that are to be cleaned are at the curb or at the end of your driveway the day of cleaning. Cleaning Day is always the day after your trash is picked up by the trash hauler.
Ensure there is no trash, yard waste or unbagged pet feces in the trash bins we are cleaning.
What should I do if my trash bins are not emptied by my cleaning date?
