- Due to issues beyond our control, Garbage Companies may run late or have breakdowns, We currently perform can cleanings Starting At 1 p.m. so we never encounter a full can regardless of what time your cans get cleaned in your area. - We run with your garbage company's schedule to the best we can. Instances, where holidays affect your trash pickup, will most likely affect your cleaning schedule. We will do our best to overcome these obstacles to provide you with continuous service. - Cans ( Regardless if they are Trash or Recycling ) are all cleaned at the same time on your scheduled visit - We will send you a message the day before your cleaning reminding you to please leave cans at the curbside for your driver. - Due to the price of One-Time Cleanings, a Minimum of 3 Monthly cleanings or 2 Quarterly Cleanings is required. OR you may opt to pay the difference. - Cans will be marked with a company identifier. There is no cans swapping with friends/neighbors/etc - Cans must be free of all debris, paints, oils, cement, tar, silicone, and other construction materials, etc. - Cans must be free of loose feces and cat litter. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions as needed and will do our best to keep you informed.
