Our goal is to provide the best customer service but we know we’re not perfect so this is why we have our service policy.

Terms of Services:

• Payment is due prior to the first cleaning of your bin(s)
• BILLING
  • Monthly Plans: Customers purchasing a Monthly Plan agree to a minimum of 3 months of service. For the first month’s service, the Customer’s credit card on file will be automatically billed at the time of purchase. Following the first month’s service, the Customer’s credit card on file will be automatically billed after each monthly cleaning. Upon the expiration of the initial 3-month term, Customers may cancel their Monthly Plan only by giving notice of their intent cancel by no later than 30 days prior to their next cleaning.
  • Quarterly Plans: Customers purchasing a Quarterly Plan agree to a minimum of 2 quarters of service. For the first quarter’s service, the Customer’s credit card on file will be automatically billed at the time of purchase. Following the first quarter’s service, the Customer’s credit card on file will be automatically billed after each quarterly cleaning. Upon the expiration of the initial 2-quarter term, Customers may cancel their Quarterly Plan only by giving notice of their intent cancel by no later than 30 days prior to their next cleaning.
  • Single Service: Customers purchasing a Single Service will be automatically billed at the time of purchase. Single Service purchases may be canceled by giving notice of the Customer’s intent to cancel by no later than 48-hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. All canceled Single Service purchases are subject to a $25.00 cancelation fee.
• You will be charged a $17.99 stop fee if we are not notified before your scheduled cleaning that your bin(s) will not be available for cleaning - we send email and/or text reminders the day before
• We are not retrieving bin(s) from the house so if they are not on the street, they will not be cleaned and you will be automatically charged a $17.99 stop fee
• Bins have to be emptied to be cleaned. We always reserve the right to refuse a cleaning based on any trash in the bin or other materials, including, but not limited to, chemicals, paint, pet waste, human waste, dead animals and/or hazardous materials. If we refuse a cleaning based on the presence of trash or other materials in the bin, Customer will be charged a $17.99 stop fee.
• Paint, stains or other markings may not come off the bin(s) but we try our best
• There may be times your bin(s) will need to be cleaned the next day or rescheduled. In the event inclement weather or other occurrences beyond Blue Ridge Bin Cleaning’s control prevent performance of a scheduled service, Blue Ridge Bin Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule the service within 7 business days. If the service cannot be rescheduled within 7 business days, the Customer will not be charged for that service.
• Customer remains responsible at all times for the safekeeping of their bin(s) and ensuring that the bin(s) is adequately secured. Blue Ridge Bin Cleaning assumes no responsibility, and Customer waives any claim against Blue Ridge Bin Cleaning, for any damage caused to or by the bin(s) prior to or after service. In any case of liability on the part of Blue Ridge Bin Cleaning, such liability will be limited to an amount not to exceed the cost of a single cleaning, as determined by the Customer’s service plan.
