Cavalry Crest Club Membership Terms of Membership

Membership Benefits:

• Unlimited diagnostic service fee waived ($129.00 value per trip).

• 15% off labor, parts, and shipping for all necessary repairs.

• Priority scheduling for service appointments.

• No limit to the number of appliances we will diagnose per trip.

Service Conditions:

• Members must schedule service directly with our service team. Other forms of scheduling will not be honored.

• Our technician will diagnose the appliance, and members will only be charged for the repair minus the 15% discount.

Membership Limitations:

• Only residential appliances are covered under this membership.

• Additional fees apply for service outside the normal service area.

• Unless the member has an Elite Membership, high-end and elite appliances will incur extra charges.

• Membership does not cover the cost of parts and labor for repairs.

• Membership does not cover out-of-area service fees.

Membership Duration & Renewal:

• Membership is valid for the duration specified upon enrollment.

• Membership will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless canceled.

• Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no prorated refunds will be issued.

• We reserve the right to cancel a membership in cases of abusive or fraudulent use of benefits.

Changes to Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify the terms of membership with notice to members.

• Continued membership after changes are enacted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
