• Visits are intended to occur approximately six months apart, consistent with common manufacturer guidance, but the appliance manual, filter indicator, water conditions, and actual use control when replacement is appropriate.
• The Customer must provide an accurate refrigerator brand, model number, service address, and requested filter information before each appointment.
• The Customer must provide safe access to the refrigerator, filter housing, water dispenser, and any required shutoff valve.
• Appointments are subject to normal service-area availability. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled without reasonable notice may require rescheduling or a separate trip charge disclosed in advance.
• Unused visits expire at the end of the active term and do not roll over unless Northwest approves an exception in writing.

Northwest will use a filter represented by its manufacturer or supplier as compatible with the identified refrigerator. When reasonably available within the allowance, Northwest may use the appliance manufacturer's filter or an independently certified compatible filter. Availability, compatibility, certification, capacity, and contaminant-reduction claims vary by filter and refrigerator model.

• Repairs to refrigerators, ice makers, dispensers, filter housings, pumps, valves, water lines, shutoff valves, drains, plumbing, electrical systems, cabinetry, or surrounding property.
• Diagnosis or correction of low water pressure, poor water quality, sediment, odors, microbial conditions, frozen lines, water-supply contamination, or household plumbing problems.
• Whole-house, under-sink, reverse-osmosis, commercial, specialty, external inline, or non-refrigerator filtration systems unless separately listed in writing.
• Damage caused by preexisting leaks, corrosion, broken or seized filter components, improper prior installation, incompatible parts, unauthorized modifications, recalled equipment, or unsafe site conditions.
• Emergency service, after-hours service, water-damage remediation, permits, code upgrades, replacement appliances, or any work not expressly listed under Included Services.

The plan begins on the effective date shown in the purchase confirmation and continues for 12 months. The $229.99 annual price is due at enrollment. Taxes, if legally required, and charges expressly authorized outside the included allowance are additional.

Renewal is not automatic unless the Customer separately authorizes auto-renewal. If authorized, Northwest may renew the plan for another 12-month term at the then-current price after providing advance notice of the renewal date, price, and cancellation instructions.

The Customer may request cancellation or non-renewal in writing. Any refund will be determined after deducting filters supplied, services performed, authorized charges, and any amounts lawfully nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Cancellation does not create a right to payment for unused visits beyond what applicable law requires.

This plan is a preventative-maintenance service agreement. It is not insurance, a home warranty, a repair contract, or a guarantee against leaks, contamination, appliance failure, property damage, illness, or future service needs.

Northwest warrants only that its installation service will be performed in a commercially reasonable manner. Product defects and performance claims are governed by the filter manufacturer's warranty, if any. The Customer must promptly stop using the dispenser, shut off the water supply when safe to do so, and contact Northwest if leaking or abnormal operation occurs after service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in this agreement waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
